Dr. Saginbekov is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science, Nazarbayev University. He received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Warwick, UK, in 2015. He received the M.S. degree from Bilkent University in Computer Engineering, Turkey, in 2004, and received the B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Suleyman Demirel University, Kazakhstan, in 2002. Before joining the Computer Science department, he worked as a researcher at “National Laboratory Astana” PI and “Nazarbayev University Research and Innovation System” PI for a year. During 2004-2010 he worked at Suleyman Demirel University and Kazakh-British Technical University as a senior instructor. He was awarded “Bolashak” scholarship for his Ph.D. study and “President Nursultan Nazarbayev” Scholarship for his M.S. study.
